Yesterday the teaser for Chapter 30, which will contain only one killer with no survivors, was released on socials, and after much speculation it was finally announced that Chucky will join the roaster of killers in Behaviour Interactive's game:
For those who do not know what Chucky is, she is a killer doll created by Don Mancini and who gives her name to the hit movie saga in which she is featured.
Chucky is a doll in which, however, is the spirit of Charles Lee Ray, a serial killer who performs a ritual to get inside the doll and continue to do his crimes.
Chucky is a license that has always been talked about a lot in recent years because fan requests were always answered that it was quite impossible to have her on Dead by Daylight because of her height that would make most animations difficult, especially carrying survivors to the hook and hanging them, but evidently they have found a way around these problems.
Yesterday, speculation was fueled wildly by the teaser posted on socials in which a stool was seen next to a knife that had been taken by someone:

And that someone was obviously chucky, who arrives in Dead by Daylight after Alien in September, this is the official trailer:
Dead by Daylight’s latest chapter update brings Chucky, the doll-turned-serial-killer star of the Child’s Play slasher-movie franchise, into the world of the popular asymmetrical multiplayer game as a Killer. He will be available on November 28.
Developer Behaviour Interactive notes that Chucky’s original voice actor, Brad Dourif, reprises his role. They also add: “Players can further customize the new Killer with the Good Gal outfit, inspired by Tiffany Valentine (aka the Bride of Chucky), which is voiced by Jennifer Tilly.”
As you’d expect, Chucky is adept at sneaking around the map, and he has a Slice & Dice ability that lets him lunge at his larger would-be victims in order to more efficiently close the gap. His human form, Charles Lee Ray, can assist him in spirit form, and his Scamper ability lets him leap through windows and move under pallets.
