Mid-Chapter 20.5 will be released on July 27th, and it will be possible to test the changes coming on July 6th in the PTB.

New cosmetics are also on the way:
Along with the release of mid-chapter 20.5, new skins will be released on July 27th for Jeff, Elodie, Nurse, Blight and Kate. All will cost 1080 aurics cells/21600 shards except the Blight skin which will only be available for purchase for 1485 auric cells (it will be a legendary skin, and it could be another skin in collaboration with Resident Evil, perhaps that of Birkin since they are similar in design), and the Elodie skin will only be available for 1080 auric cells.

On August 12th, new skins will be released for Meg and Claudette and will cost 1080 auric cells.

On August 26th, skins for Legion, Feng Min and Jane Romero will be released, they will be available for purchase for 1080 auric cells/21600 shards, except that of Feng Min which will only be available for 1080 auric cells.
