For years now that the license of Friday the 13th is in a quite controversial situation that has in fact caused the death of the game dedicated to Jason Voorhees:
Only recently have official information about a new content based on the famous saga, thanks to a TV series prequel that is in production and that could also open to a collaboration with Dead by Daylight as there will be many manifestations of Jason Voorhees in it:
And just talking about the games related to Friday the 13th, there is another game that unfortunately will be affected by licensing issues, in fact the game 'Friday the 13th Killer Puzzle' will no longer be available on any platform from January 23 due to problems in renewing the license:
Currently the game is redeemable for free on Steam, but as you may have realized, soon it will no longer be affordable, and will then be removed from digital stores across all platforms.
For the uninitiated, Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle is a puzzle and strategy game that puts you in the shoes of a super-deformed Jason Voorhes struggling with over 100 levels of puzzles and assassins, from Crystal Lake campsites to Manhattan skyscrapers, from maximum security prisons to snowy ski resorts
