Yesterday day rekindled the hopes of fans of Stranger Things and Dead by Daylight to see the famous Netflix license land again within Behaviour Interactive's game.

In fact for those who didn't know about it, it was discovered yesterday that the Stranger Things map has been re-enabled on the developers' test versions of Dead by Daylight, hinting that something is evidently moving, otherwise there would be no point in re-enabling that map for testing purposes:

Stranger Things marked a turning point for Dead by Daylight in 2019 because it allowed the game to be introduced to a large audience, which in fact from that collaboration onward has managed to expand enormously by collaborating no longer only with 80s slashers but also with video games, manga, and movies.

In fact, for those who do not know, Stranger Things is the successful Netflix series whose fifth season is coming soon. Set in the 1980s in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, and partly in the world of "Upside Down."

The beginning of the series centers on the mysterious disappearance of a child named Will and the appearance of Eleven, a shaven-haired child with telekinetic powers who has escaped from a secret laboratory, Hawkins National Laboratory.

Almost all of the events that occur throughout the story are closely connected to the Upside Down, a dark dimension parallel to our world, populated by monstrous creatures such as the Demogorgon.

After several hints on socials that started about three months before the official announcement, Dead by Daylight and Stranger Things collaborated in 2019, bringing Steve, Nancy, the Demogorgon and the famous Hawkins Laboratory map into the Behaviour Interactive game.

In 2021, however, it was announced that Stranger Things would be leaving Dead by Daylight by the end of the year, thus removing the ability to purchase the DLC but also to find the map during matches, news that was taken very badly by the community.

But now it really seems that the collaboration is about to return, in fact adding to the positive news of the rehabilitation of the Hawkins lab map are two more:

2. In three days it will be Stranger Things Day, in fact, for those who do not know, November 6 is the anniversary of the day Will Byers went missing in 1983, and on that day, every year, fans around the world are updated with upcoming news regarding the TV series itself.

In fact, it could be that on November 6, collaborations with Fortnite and also with Dead by Daylight are announced, of which some information was leaked already such as the return of Steve, Nancy, the Demogorgon, the map, but also new characters such as Vecna:
