GHOSTFACE FROM SCREAM IS COMING TO MORTAL KOMBAT 1!

Lately Scream and Ghostface have been at the center of many rumors regarding the world of video games, in fact it seems that a horror game based precisely on the license of the famous masked killer is in development, whose studio is also apparently known to be working on the project:

In addition to this rumor, there is another very interesting one, in fact a few weeks ago a series of characters were posted on twitter by @thetiny about characters coming in Mortal Kombat 1, the recent new game of the famous fighting game saga, and among the new characters that were leaked was also the name of Ghostface.

The game's creative director as well as co-creator of the series, Ed Boon, fueled the speculation with a twitter post in which most of the 80s slasher horror icons are pictured, with a green tick on those who have already been in previous Mortal Kombat games.

That leaves with the question mark some of those depicted in the image, including Pinhead, Ghostface, Chucky, Michael Myers and Billy The Puppet from Saw:

Apparently, among these characters that have not yet arrived in Mortal Kombat, Ghostface should be the one to be released soon, probably right in October to celebrate Halloween.

For those who do not know, Ghostface is the killer from the saga called Scream in which the killer is played by different people in each movie, has no special abilities but only a knife that he uses to kill and instill fear in his victims, as well as a marked humor.
