Dead by Daylight – New Tome Leaked, Unreal Engine 5 Switch, Store Update and More Changes Revealed!

Today has been released the PTB on Steam to try out the new changes coming inside Dead by Daylight, some of them very interesting.

The Haddonfield map has been changed making it smaller overall and with fewer houses, some pallets and lockers have also been added, some perks have also been changed such as Adrenaline which will no longer activate when you are hooked and will no longer make us wake up from the nightmare, also the sprint is reduced to 3 seconds.

Aesthetically the store has also been changed making it more beautiful and functional, and significant changes have been made to The Twins such as the ability to recall Victor at any time or changes to the add-ons:

With the store update you will now be able to preview the various pieces of clothing to combine with each other before you decide to buy them, and you will also be able to view the killer’s mori with the skins you prefer.

In addition, the unhook animation will no longer be able to be suddenly interrupted while it is happening.

The new tome will focus on Zarina and The Artist, and the new update will weigh substantially more than normal (more than 30gb) because Dead by Daylight has switched to Unreal Engine 5, although no graphical tweaks are currently planned.
